Offline tutorial and Prologue
The first time the hero sees Singh, he is inside his room at Eteene church and he ask for the hero to help him making a gift as a compensation to lady Abba for the actions of the hero's sibling.

When he obtained the materials he asked the hero for so he would craft a pillow; then he and the hero could go to give it to lady Abba. She received them both in her room and then he gave her the pillow he had made and told her about the mischief of the hero's sibling. He is then called useless and left with the hero.

When the hero found where his sibling had been, Singh waited for them to return in the church and then led them again into the bedroom of his grandmother only to discover that lady Abba had taken a nap and was doing pirouettes in the air. Then he went outside to learn that the old lady had summoned all the villagers in front of the building to tell them about the inminent total destruction of the village and its inhabitants. She chose the hero and his sibling to go and obtain a magic flower of Tensu that could change the destiny of the village however, while selecting a third member of the group a villager discovered that a ornery onion had successfully sneaked into town and Singh then proceeded to destroy the monster with a fire spell, Singh was also picked as part of the group.

When the party entered the cave where the flowers were he expressed his fears and this made doubt the hero's sibling. In the different chambers he explained the siblings the meanings of the strange carvings on the walls and when they were stooding in front of the door that led into the room with the flowers of Tensu he talked again to the siblings.

Inside the room they discovered a demon named Bedora that tried to destroy the flowers so they couldn't save the town, so the party had to battle him. When Bedora was defeated nearly destroyed all the flowers except one, Singh found it thanks to the help of the hero's sibling and then he picked it up, then they left the cave and travelled back to Eteene.

When they returned to the village they found it to be under sieged by hordes of demons and most of the villagers dead or grievously injured. Aiding a female villager he realized that one big ball of fire was going to hit directly the Hero's sibling, but when the sibling teleported in the light spell that the Hero unconsciously used he runs to the church to see if his grandmother was safe. Seconds later the church is destroyed. His status is unknown, however it is implied that he must have died when the church was destroyed.
The Strange insect Aragne, or only Aragne, is a monster that was introduced in Dragon Quest X and is one boss in that game in the Ver. 1.0 of that game.

Characteristics
Aragne is a humongous spider monster with pale green skin and white and purple hair. Her body is covered with a black and yellow hardened skin that has some black spikes on the back of her torso. Her face is similar to the one of an ogre or a demon with two black bull horns at each side of her head, red eyes and a big mouth with pink lips, sharp teeth and two bigger fangs. She also has eight legs, the first two of them end in a pair of big pale green hands with three fingers on them that end in black sharp claws, the rest of them end in a purple single spike.

Disguised as Queen Agushuna, she has the appearance of the dead elf queen, however when she is about to transform back into her spider form, the red eyes are revealed.

Story
Aragne died a long time ago in the throne room of the old royal elf palace when she was a normal spider, however she was revived into an humongous demonic spider when King Nikoroi from the elf tribe tried to revive his mother, Queen Agushuna, with a dark Yggdrasil leaf. The power of the leaf chose Aragne's soul to be reborn, however she was given the physical appearance of Queen Agushuna. With her mind clouded with the darkness of the dark Yggdrasil leaf, she plotted a little desperate ploy to satiate her hunger by eating Nikoroi's, his counselor, Kyuusuke's; and the hero's corpses. She led them to a teleportal at the Southern Kamiharumui region where Nikoroi's sister's soul was trapped. Then, they were transported into a parallel dimension and when Nikoroi's was distracted by the landscape she tried to knock out the elf king. After this attack she revealed the truth, transformed and tried to kill them, however the hero was able to defeat her in a long, arduous battle. The death of Aragne freed Rita's soul from one big white tree-like being that was at the center of the parallel dimension and thus, she could finally rest in peace.
The Strange Insect Aragne, or only Aragne, is a monster that was introduced in Dragon Quest X and is one boss in that game.

Corvus (Japanese: エルギオス [Ergios]) is a character and the chief antagonist in Dragon Quest IX. He is a Celestrian and was formerly Aquila's mentor and the lover of Serena.

Characteristics
Story
start
Corvus was originally the Celestrian guardian of Wormwood Creek. While protecting it, he is injured by the Gittish Empire and able to be visibly seen by the humans living there. He develops a relationship with Serena while he is healing.

When the Gittish Empire returns to attack the town, Corvus attempts to go and meet them in battle. However, Serena, fearing for Corvus' health, convinces him to go and hide in a cave while her father attempts to thwart the empire. Once in the cave, Corvus decides that he must go and attempt to protect the village, even if it kills him. Serena offers him a potion which she claims will help heal him, but is instead of a sleeping potion. Corvus drinks it only to become incapacitated as the imperial troops enter the cave. Her father betrays him and Serena by allowing the Gittish Empire to take Corvus to maintain Wormwood's safety. When Corvus wakes up for a little bit he hears Gittish soldiers thanking the old man for complying and believes Serena gave him the sleeping drought to capture him. Serena and her father are murdered with Corvus powerless to stop the empire's men. He is then taken captive by the empire.

Corvus is taken to Oubliette which is the prison deep beneath Gittingham Palace. There, he is completely forgotten by his peers. He develops a deep resentment against humans, including Serena whom he believes betrayed him. While being imprisoned, Corvus' evil power grows until he becomes powerful enough to strike the Realm of the Almighty and greatly injuring its king, Zenus, and forcing him into seclusion. He also revives Barbarus, the evil dragon killed by Greygnarl some 300 years earlier. Although he has become ultra-powerful, he remains in prison in the Gittish Empire. Allowing the empire to pursue his goal of destroying humans and Celestrians alike.

When finally confronted by the hero. Corvus attacks the hero's party realizing that the hero is unable to attack him due to his superior rank as a Celestrian. He then ascends with Barbarus to the Realm of the Almighty, corrupting it into the Realm of the Mighty.

Aided by the ghost of Serena, the hero ascends the Realm of the Mighty, defeating Corvus by becoming mortal and battling him. Corvus is surprised by the hero's newly found mortality, but sends Barbarus to attack the hero in his stead. After Barbarus' defeat, Corvus again battles the hero and loses. In his downfall, Serena finds Corvus and invites him to join her. Corvus turns from his evil power and goes with Serena, ending his evil reign.
The War Goddess Togamihime, or only Togamihime, is a new monster that was introduced in Dragon Quest Monsters 2: Iru and Luca’s Marvelous Mysterious Key.

Characteristics
Togamihime is a monster who resembles an ancient oriental deity with the appearance of a young japanese maiden surrounded by a script. She wears a white tunic with red and yellow details that could be similar to a kimono, however the area over the abdomen is uncovered, the inferior part of this cloth is held to the body thanks to a purple belt. Over these clothes there are two accesories made of gold with sun emblems and light symbols on them, the first one is located in the collar of the tunic and has a ruby on it and the second one is located in the waist of Togamihime. At her head there is a headdress with imitates the sun, and behind her there is floating a wheel similar to the Dharma wheel or Dharmachakra. Also, floating around her there are 9 orbs of different colors (each one with a different symbol on it). Togamihime is seeing wielding a silver or platinum scepter that is taller than herself, this scepter ends making a U-form decorated with golden wings at the top of it where a light orb is seeing floating at the center.

Trivia
* Togamihime is really similar to the Japanese goddess Amaterasu. Both of them are depicted as black-haired young women wearing a white and red tunic and with the Dharma wheel floating at their backs. It should be mentioned that Amaterasu was the solar goddess in Japan and Togamihime's clothes have sun symbols on them (she even wears one in her hair). However, Amaterasu has never been depicted as goddess of war but, Togamihime's title is translated as War Goddess.
* Each orb represents one of the monsters named as God Will that were also introduced in this game.
