It can be purchased in the Argonian Bazaar for 2,700 gold and sold for 2,000 gold. Despite its name, it actually has no magical properties to speak of in this game. The hat can be used as an ingredient for the
[[Magical skirt]] and the [[Scholar's cap]].

It can be found in a chest in the Argonia Castle after completing the Argon Heart quest, at the same time the Bazaar begins.
