}}Like all monsters from the World of Darkness, it begins appearing in various parts of the world after the fall of Black Citadel. Unlike the other monsters, the dark star encountered in the World of Light has become stronger, notably gaining a high resistance to damage but losing its resistance to ice breath. Oddly enough, it drops less gold than its World of Darkness counterpart.

Reappearing from Version 6.2 onwards, they fight the same way as in ''VIII'', but have traded in their ability to use Spooky Aura for [[Dark Breath]].
