Yggdrasil is a monster introduced in Dragon Quest Monsters 2. It is an animated tree whose foliage and reptilian head give the impression of a colossal turtle. Yggdrasil is a truly titanic terrapin, easily rivaling its namesake in size and often mistaken for an entire forest rather than a single spruce.
