The Evil emperor is a monster in the Nintendo 3DS version of Dragon Quest VII.
Characteristics[edit | edit source]
Evil emperors are pink-feathered penguin monsters with wild green hair and the design of a fierce face on their bellies. They are much more rotund than their fellow penguins. In battle, they try to put their opponents to sleep with magic and can call for backup from more of their kind.
