Abiliterator, also known as Physical Lock, is an ability and status effect in the series.
Characteristics[edit | edit source]
When used, this skill prevents the target from using their physical skills for a short amount of time, essentially being a variant of Fizzle. The passive skill Abiliterator Guard increases resistance against Abiliterator by two stages.

Abiliterator costs 6 MP and prevents a single enemy from using physical skills. It can be learned from:
- Diminisher (100 points)
- Seal (84 points)
- Sagittar (70 points)
- Thornella (60 points)
Dragon Quest Tact[edit | edit source]
Known as Physical Lock in this game, it is a status effect that prevents units from using physical skills for a few turns.
