[[Jade]] requires 20 skill points to learn the technique and [[Rab]] needs only 14, and both can perform it for 12 MP. The skill is the upgraded form of [[Propeller Blade]], and applies the wind element to the first strike with the follow up blow being the character's level multiplied by 150%.

[[Carver]] naturally learns air raiser, and it costs 11 MP to perform. It sends a twister spinning in front of the user, sucking enemies in to the vacuum to make targeting easier.
