Damage Barrier is known naturally by [[Gem slime]] at level 1 and costs 24 MP to cast. It has a range of up to two squares away from it, can be self-cast, and reduces damage taken by a single ally by 15% for 3 turns. 

[[Alarmour]] and [[Lleviathan]] can learn the awakening perk '''Rare Damage Barrier''', which gives them a 20% chance to activate Damage Barrier at the start of each action. [[Dark brownie]] can learn the awakening perk '''Sporadic Damage Barrier''', which gives it a 40% chance to activate Damage Barrier at the start of each action.
