The Doom dagger is a S-rank dagger that first appeared as part of the ''[[Dragon Quest III]]'' event. It can be received as a reward for completing Chapter 5, Episode 4: Archfiend Zoma of the event quests, the Zoma boss battles, or purchased from the DQIII Medal Swap Shop. It has a WIS and max MP bonus of +14, increases the wielder's [[Crack]]-type spell potency by 5%, and has three slots for Alchemy Effects. Two of the potential effects are increasing the potency and brilliant effect of Zoma's [[Glacial Doom]].
* The dagger could also be received as a reward for defeating Zoma during the Fiendish Onslaught at the game's half-year anniversary.
