The fantastic is the reward for completing quest #50. In the vanilla versions of the game this is initiated by speaking to a man in the [[Cobblestone Tor]] in the third act and is completed by reading the inscription on the highest peak of [[Insular Centralis]]; in the {{Definitive Edition}} the quest is resolved by speaking to a man at [[Mount Pang Lai]]'s summit and then reading an inscription at the zenith of [[Cobblestone Tor]].
