Flame Burst can be learned by Old flame at level 44 and costs 123 MP to cast. It has a range of three squares in front of it and inflicts major [[Frizz]]-type spell damage to all enemies in a plus sign-shaped area of effect and has a chance to lower their ATK for three turns, as well. Upgrading the spell increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to cast.
