The '''General motor''' is a monster that appears exclusively in the [[Nintendo 3DS]] version of ''[[Dragon Quest VII]]''. It is a more powerful variant of the [[Tinpot Dictator]].

==Characteristics==
General motor is a [[Humanoid family|humanoid]] monster with jaundiced yellow skin that wields a heavy spiked flail. It wears a red and purple surcoat over a sleeveless haubergeon and grey clothing, red pauldrons and boots, and a red spiked helmet with six vertical slits and curved horns on either side of its face. It can cast powerful magic in battle, being able to freeze its opponents solid with '''Kacrackle''' and can send entire parties of unprepared adventurers to sleep with its '''Kasnooze''' spell. Naturally, it can also swing its wicked spiked flail about wildly in battle to bludgeon its foes. The general motor is faced as the boss as the "A Voice from On High" DLC Tablet.
