Good Night Lantern can only be learned by Vendor ghost at level 42 and costs 20 MP to use. It has a chance of stunning and reducing the DEF of any enemies in a range of three squares horizontally. Upgrading the ability increases its chance of stunning foes and lowering the DEF of enemies.
