'''Mitsuo Yamaguchi''' (山口 光雄, ''Yamaguchi Mitsuo'', born May 23, 1965), known professionally as '''Kappei Yamaguchi''' (山口 勝平, ''Yamaguchi Kappei'') is a Japanese voice actor. His first role in the ''Dragon Quest'' series was voicing Allen, the [[Prince of Lorasia]] for the ''[[Dragon Quest II CD Theater]]'' in 1991. He went on to voice Prince [[Harry]] for the ''[[Dragon Quest V CD Theater]]'' in 1994. He is one of the few Japanese voice actors that has made appearances at overseas conventions and events.
