==Characteristics==
Lurid lamplings have the appearance of animated carnival [[Material family|lanterns]] with a vivid colour scheme of yellow with red stripes, holding enchanted purple fires in their enclosures. They have a singular green eye, a small smiling mouth, and their cheeks are blushing. The lurid lamplings are used as decorations for festivals in the monster world due to their colourful and showy designs. They use their purple flames to cast fire magic on their enemies and use their magic to boost the agility of their allies, as well.
