The '''Shrine of Promise''' is a small location in {{Dragon Quest III}}, located directly south of [[Romaria]].

It bridges the peninsular kingdom with the island of [[Aliahan]] via a teleportal  connected to the [[Path of Promise]].

The shrine of promise is a small room with no notable features aside from the door that requires a [[Thief's Key]] to open. When players exit the room they will find themselves in a dense forest before entering the [[Overworld (Dragon Quest III)|larger world]], building the anticipation of adventure nicely.
