It can only be learned by the [[Princess of Moonbrooke]] by using the Soothing Song Scroll, which can be found in a treasure chest on 5F of the [[Dragon's Horn|Northern Dragon's Horn]]. On the enemy side, it is still used by [[Seaslime]], [[Shadow]], and [[Freezing fog]], as well as [[Toadalitarian]].

It is also learned by reaching rank 8 as a [[Kingfuchsia (Vocation)|Kingfuchsia]]. On the enemy side, it is used by the [[Water Spirit]].
