Tangleweb is an item to be used as a tool during battle and will mimic the [[Deceleratle]] spell by reducing all enemies' agility to zero, barring bosses and metal slimes. It can be purchased in several stores for 35 gold.
*In the original {{NES}} version, tangleweb did not use Deceleratle's programming tag and would work 100% of the time on all non-boss monsters. This was changed in the {{SNES}} remake to use the spell's tag going forward to all subsequent versions and ports.
