'''Toshihiko Seki''' (関 俊彦, ''Seki Toshihiko'', born June 11, 1962) is a Japanese voice actor. He provided the voice for Alef, the original {{Hero 1}} for the ''[[Dragon Quest I CD Theater]]'' in 1991. Seki has more than 200 voice acting credits to his name and he is also known for his live action drama work, as well.
