Wooper Tackle is known naturally by [[Salamarauder]] at level 1 and can be learned by [[Wooper trooper]] at level 15, costing 11 MP to use. It inflicts 110% potency physical damage and has a chance to reduce the AGL of an enemy three squares in front of the user and moves them forward two spaces, but only if there are no enemies or obstacles between the user and the target.
