Flintstone can also be dropped by [[Stone golem]]s, [[Living statue (recurring)|Living statue]]s, [[Golem]]s, [[Grinade]]s, and [[Mad moai]]s. It can be sold for 48 gold and is used in the following alchemy recipes:

Flintstones are used to craft some pieces of equipment and in alchemy for adding weight and stumble resistance. It can be purchased from a material store for 110 gold or dropped by various monsters, including Living statues, [[Prancing pillar]]s, [[Dirty dogu]]s, Stone golems, and [[King squid]]s.

Flintstones can be purchased from the roving emporium in [[the Manglegrove]] for 120 gold and sold for 30 gold. They can be received from sparkly spots in the [[Heliodor Region]], the [[Heliodorian Foothills]], and the Manglegrove. Two flintstones can also be found in pots in [[Heliodor]], two in [[Downtown Heliodor]], and one in a barrel in the Manglegrove. Flintstones have a {{fraction|1|8}} chance of being dropped by [[Stone golem]]s and a {{fraction|1|8}} chance of being dropped by [[Living statue (recurring)|Living statue]]s.

It is only used in a single [[Fun-size forge recipes|recipe]] for the [[Fun-Size Forge]]:

Flintstone can be dropped by [[Golem]]s and [[Stone golem]]s or exchanged for 3 [[Mini medal]]s. It can occasionally be found in treasure chests or barrels on the Stonecloud. The flintstone can be used to create [[Loin-girder]]s and the quick recipe for the [[Rousing ring]] in the [[Alchemy Pot]] and sold for 7 gold. Two stones are required to complete Quest #32: TRIKS UV THE TRAID.
