==Characteristics==
Gasbagons are rotund {{Dragon}}s with orange spotted scales, beige undersides, and long tails ending in a cork. They have a singular purple eye, long snouts, and purple tongues. These air-sailing drakes will drop on party members and smother them, dealing heavy damage. They're also capable of flaming the [[party]] with a [[Flame Breath|fierce fire]]. The dragons are also capable of sacrificing themselves by violently exploding to harm parties of adventurers. After their original appearance in {{VI}}, gasbagons have only appeared in spinoff games in the series.
