==Characteristics==
Goodybags are anthropomorphic [[Material family|burlap sacks]] with a cartoonish face, their tongues lolling out, which are surrounded by various treasures and jewelry that hover in midair. They specialise in casting disruptive magic, such as [[Fizzle]] and [[Fuddle]], combining with their {{Agility}} and evasiveness to make them bothersome monsters to face. Being bags of treasure, they are also prone to dropping a considerable amount of [[gold]] and occasionally high price items.

Recent titles have shown goodybags to have erratic speech, indicated by random capitalisation. This is illustrated especially well in ''[[Fortune Street]]'' and {{Rocket Slime}}, where parts of their text may also be colored red or blue in addition to the standard black.
