==Appearance and Personality==
Tatron's design varies considerably, with two official designs being used concurrently for merchandise during 1995 when ''VI'' debuted and a third being added for the {{3DS}} remake of ''VII'' in 2013. The first design is that of a young [[Elf]] man with blue eyes wearing Middle Eastern attire and carrying a short staff set with a turquoise gem, the second being that of a blond European human with blue eyes wearing a similar garb but with a wavy green headband of unknown material. The most recent design is of a long-haired, elderly Middle Eastern man with a physique similar to that of a [[Poppet]] and carrying an abacus weapon.

Series creator [[Yuji Horii]] describes Tatron's history in a side-column in the V-Jump guidebook for ''VI'', stating that he was a saintly priest who dedicated his life to wandering the world to aid the less fortunate, ascending to demigod status due to his good deeds.
