[[Minstrel]]s will learn the spell upon reaching level 51, {{Luminaries V}} at level 50, and [[Pirate]]s at level 65. All vocations can cast it for 12 {{MP}} as of the 2.1 update. The spell's formula is ''({{Magical Might}} - 79) x 0.54 + 57~87'', leading to a base range of 57~87 and max range of 177~207. The calculation alters when the caster's might exceeds 300, becoming ''({{Magical Might}} - 300) / 20 + 177~207'' for a new cap of 211~241.
The tornadoes conjured by the incantation radiate out from the caster for 15 meters in a counter-clockwise patter, striking enemies within the range multiple times.
*In the ''[[Dragon Quest X Offline|Offline]]'' version of the game, the {{Hero 10}} can learn Kaswoosh at level 51 as a [[Minstrel]] and 51 as a {{Luminary V}}, while [[Raguas]] learns it at level 45 and [[Fuura]] learns it at level 46. As the game has changed back to a traditional turn-based battle system, Kaswoosh deals wind damage to a group of enemies for 10 {{MP}}. The damage range is 72~245 dependent on the caster's {{Magical Might}}.
