Once again, the amount of {{Strength}} increased by a seed is fixed at 2. Some seeds can be found in [[Heliodor]], the [[Heliodorian Foothills]], [[Gondolia]], and the [[Heliodor Sewers]] in a locked room that requires the [[Sewer key]] to open. Seeds of strength are rare drops by [[Brownie]]s, [[Troll]]s, [[Night clubber]]s, and [[Stout troll]]s, along with their vicious and malicious counterparts.
* In the original 3D versions of the game, the [[bodkin archer]] at the [[Gallopolis Region|Gallopolis Region - South Campsite]] will reward the player with four seeds of strength for destroying all the targets in the area.
