*Series illustrator [[Hazuki Kurikara]] revealed in a Xitter post that he used the Zenith Dragon's design for the logo of ''Dragon Warrior III'', as he was tasked with creating the sprites for the American release during his work on ''Dragon Quest V''<ref>https://archive.fo/xctUu</ref>.
*The Zenith Dragon's team in ''The Dark Prince'' consists of monsters that first appeared in the [[Cloudsgate Citadel (bonus dungeon)|Cloudsgate Citadel]] bonus dungeon that was added to the 16-bit remake of {{DQ3}}. It should be noted that Cloudsgate Citadel and Zenithia share the same name in the Japanese version of the games, being called ゼニスの城.
