In the mobile and Nintendo Switch versions, there is only one and it can be found in a treasure chest at [[Norvik]]. The boomerang can be sold for 412 gold coins, but item collectors may not wish to do so due to its rarity.

The boomerang only appears in the NES version and only targets a single enemy in battle when attacking. It can also be used as a tool in battle to target a single enemy, effectively performing the same action as making an attack.
*In remake versions, the boomerang is replaced by the [[Hunter's bow]] instead.
