Hazard Press can be learned by Dr. Snapped at level 54 and costs 117 MP to use. It has a range of three squares in front of him, inflicts major [[Zam]]-type martial damage to all enemies in a radius of 1 around the target, as well as often envenomating{{tt|*|Lasts 5 turns}} them and reducing their self-healing effect{{tt|*|Lasts 3 turns}}, and moves himself up to three spaces. Upgrading the skill increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
