Only one instance of Itemized Kill can be applied to a single monster, but it can be used on multiple targets. Rare items have a chance to drop along with the guaranteed normal loot, but this chance is the same as that particular rare items normal rate.

This ability does not improve the odds of gaining the rare 2% chance drop equipment held by the bosses lurking in [[Grotto]]s, being the [[Angel's robe]], [[Apprentice's gloves]], [[Brain drainer]], [[Hallowed helm]], [[Hero's boots]], [[Invincible trousers]], [[Sensible sandals]], [[Spring breeze hat]], [[Tropotoga]], [[Vesta gauntlets]], & [[Victorious armour]].
