Moon's mercy can restore 110~120 HP to a single character and cures the effects of paralysis. In addition to being made in the [[Alchemy Pot]], it can also be dropped [[cureslime]]s, [[spitnik]]s, and [[hell hopper]]s. In the original Sony PlayStation 2 version, moon's mercy can be sold for 308 [[gold]] each for the first five sold, reducing to 216 gold each for the sixth through tenth, then dropping even further to only 93 gold each from the eleventh sold onward.
* Since the alchemy pot works instantly from the start in the Nintendo 3DS version, moon's mercy sells for 300 gold each for the first five, 210 gold each for the sixth through tenth, then only 90 gold each from the eleventh onward.
