Redcrim awakes from his slumber under the influence of Malini and goes on a mad rampage due to his thirst for combat. Along the way, Majellan finds a book mentioning Redcrim being a town hero and the victor of the Master League with only another companion.
Redcrim destroys everything in his way to the Master League's arena. His dark aura makes the monsters in the audience lose control of themselves and going mad. While mad, Redcrim wants to see the tactician's might and how it compares to [[Amatea]]'s. In the middle of the battle, the mysterious jewels the party had gathered in earlier chapters reminds Redcrim of his past, and he gets stronger. Once defeated, [[King Augoostus]] takes Redcrim into custody.

In the second part of the story, Redcrim is free of the dark aura and is remorseful for his actions after he awakened, and pledges to Augoostus to pay for his crimes. He then leaves the land of Bravas to go to Woodwin and help the human, [[Majellan|Majelly]] and [[Mindini]] in their rescue mission. He arrives just in time, before Elegia defeats the protagonists, and brings them back to safety. Redcrim helps the rest of the Bravas monsters gather medicinal herbs for the tactician. After the tactician is recovered, Redcrim pledges his life to him, in order to stop Elegia and save the monsters from Bravas she kidnapped. He sees helping the monsterfolk from Bravas as his penance for what he did when he awakened.

Redcrim also appeared as a boss in the Beast Festival event.

Redcrim fights alongside the player's team as a guest party member in "Chapter 6 Episode 9: Law of the Jungle", and "Chapter 8 Episode 5: Two Fiends", of Part 2: Woodwin.
