Psaro the Manslayer appears as an S-rank {{MFamilies}} of the {{Q family}} as part of the limited {{Dragon Quest IV}} event on his own banner alongside [[Rhinoceraxe]]. He can be faced as a boss in Chapter 5, Episode 4: The Chosen, as well as challenge stages based on [[Psaro's Peak]], along with his four generals. He's also featured in the limited ''True Dragon Quest IV'' event where he can be faced as a Mega Boss Battle and he, along with the other Demon Lords, could also be challenged as part of the Fiendish Onslaught during the game's half-year anniversary, as well.
