==Connection to the King of Calamity==
Izmah bears an identical likeness to the {{DQ10}} boss monster 災厄の王, which translates to the "King of Calamity". This monster debuted as the final boss of the story arc introduced in the version 1.5 update to the game, and its strong resemblance to Estark lead to much speculation among fans of a potential connection between the two. The speculation has only increased in the years since the monster's debut, leading to Japanese fans to give it the nickname of "Esetarku" (エセターク).
