The Boomerang has an {{Attack}} bonus of +19 and can be equipped by the {{Hero 3}}, [[Mage|Mages]], [[Merchant|Merchants]], [[Gadabout|Gadabouts]], and [[Thief|Thieves]]. In the Super Famicom and Game Boy Color versions, it is found in a treasure chest on the first [[Treasures n' Trapdoors]] board near [[Romaria]], while another can be found randomly at the third track north of the [[Shrine of Shackles]]. In the mobile and Nintendo Switch versions, there is only one and it can be found in a treasure chest at [[Norvik]]. The boomerang can be sold for 412 gold coins, but item collectors may not wish to do so due to its rarity.
