==={{Dragon Quest Heroes}} & {{Dragon Quest Heroes II}}=== Deliverance is a crowd control skill that sets a magic circle on the ground and pulls in surrounding enemies before blasting them away. It costs 10 {{MP}} and is one of [[Doric|King Doric]]'s signature abilities. In the second game the {{Attack}} power of Deliverance has been nerfed slightly but vacuum power has increased and remains effective for crowd control. It can be learned by [[Lazarel]] & [[Teresa]] for 10 skill points.
