Kacrackle is learned by [[Jessica]] after an event, and is affected by her tension. Its base damage ranges from 65~85 before her {{Wisdom}} hits 200, with a cap of 138~157 after her {{Wisdom}} gets to 480. It costs 12 magic points to cast.
*In the {{3DS}} port, the spell's base damage was increased to 72~92 and the maximum became 169~189; it takes 570 {{Wisdom}} to reach this cap.

It is also used by the the second form of [[Dhoulmagus]],  [[Evil Jessica]], [[freeze fly]], [[servant of darkness]], [[Statue of Jessica]], [[Trap Box in Memoriam]], [[Dark Servant in Memoriam]], [[Evil Jessica in Memoriam]], and [[Dhoulmagus in Memoriam]] to deal 48~56 damage to the party.

The Infamous Monster [[Madge]] can cast it.
