Mini medals are also given as the reward for completing [[List of quests in Dragon Quest IX: 1-50|quests #26 & #44]], as well as [[List of quests in Dragon Quest IX: 101-150|quest #136]] and [[List of quests in Dragon Quest IX: 151-184|quest #159]].

[[Captain Max Meddlin]] collects mini medals and he can be found in the north east corner of [[Dourbridge]]. Prizes are awarded after giving the captain a certain number of mini medals.
