[[Martial Artist]]s can once again learn the skill by investing 70 points into their Focus skill. It costs 3 {{MP}} to use and attempts to shock all enemies near the user into a state of inaction. The success rate is dependent on the user's {{Deftness}} attribute.
*In the ''Offline'' version of the game, War Cry can be learned by the {{Hero 10}} as a [[Martial Artist]] at level 35 and it can be used by all vocations. It can also be learned by [[Mjoll]] through the ''Powerful'' panel in her character builder for 3 skill points. It costs 3 {{MP}} to use and affects one group of enemies.
