==Characteristics==
Apeckalypses are large flightless [[Bird family|birds]] with purple plumage and serpentine features that live in mountainous regions. Their diet consists of poisonous plants, which gives them the ability to envenomate their opponents with either their deadly tails or by spitting out toxins. Their name is a combination of the words "apocalypse" and "peck".
