The '''Blinkster''' is a recurring monster in the {{DQSeries}}, first appearing in {{Dragon Quest IV}}. It is a juvenile one-eyed monster that is a prodigy mage.

==Characteristics==
Blinksters are young, one-eyed [[Demon family|demon]] magicians with green skin that levitate in midair. They wear blue wizard robes and wide-brimmed pointy hats that look almost too big for their bodies. They carry wands topped with a blue crystal orb in their left hands, which they use to cast rudimentary ice magic. Much like their orange-skinned cousins, the blinksters typically lack the reserves of magical power to continuously cast their spells in battle.
