'''CELL Headquarters''' is a location in {{DQMJ}}. It is the base of operations for CELL, a shadowy organization whose existence is unknown to the majority of [[Green Bays]]' inhabitants. This is the place the [[Hero (Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker)|Hero]] starts the game, and where he returns at the end after monsters have taken over. It can only be accessed after the gate to the jetty has been unlocked on [[Fert Isle]]. 

The Hero must battle a fearsome [[Belial]] in his father's office to save some frightened CELL members. After beating it, [[Warden Trump]] gives his son a Baryon Sphere, which will neutralize the dark matter in [[Darkonium]].
