The '''Caverns Under Octagonia''' are a dungeon in {{Dragon Quest XI}}. It is a series of caves located underneath the orphanage in [[Octagonia]]. The caverns cannot be visited until after the grand final of the Masked Martial Arts Tournament, when a staircase leading down to them is discovered in the lower level of the orphanage.
