It is usually the weakest weapon in the game. In its earliest depictions, it had a loop at the end of its handle. Later entries in the series shows the cypress stick as having a length of cloth around its handle as a rudimentary grip. In later games, the cypress stick is wielded as a makeshift sword. ==Appearances== ===DQ2=== The Cypress stick has an Attack bonus of +2 and can be equipped by all characters. The Princess of Moonbrooke joins the party with it equipped. Maguses have a 1 chance of dropping it, as well, and it is the only other way to acquire one. It can be sold for 15 gold. ===DQIIHD=== ===DQ3=== The Cypress stick has an Attack bonus of +2 and can be equipped by all vocations.
