Dastardly Blast can be learned by [[Aggrosculpture]] at level 48 and costs 32 MP to cast. It can also be cast by [[Azurome]] when faced as a boss in Part 3 of the main storyline. It has a range of three squares away from the caster in any direction, inflicts minor [[Bang]]-type spell damage to a single enemy three times, and has a chance to increase their damage taken.
