'''Dragon Quest II CD Theater''' (CDシアター ドラゴンクエストII, ''CD shiatā Doragon Kuesuto II'') is the second dramatic adaptation of the ''Dragon Quest'' games. It is an audio play describing the events of {{DQ2}} while incorporating symphonic and 8-bit renditions of Sugiyama's original score. Some of the voice actors would go on to lend their voices to other characters in later CD Theater adaptations.
