10 elfin elixirs are required to pass the southwest portion of the [[Temple of Trials]], requiring spending 400,000 gold if the player has no elixirs on hand. Previous to the May 23, 2025 patch, 25 elfin elixirs were required – necessitating an eye-watering 1,000,000 gold. It is strongly advised to make use of the cash prizes available in the higher ranks of the [[Monster Arena]] to meet this steep requirement.

Elfin elixirs will completely restore the MP of the character being controlled by the player when picked up. They appear in later stages of the game, being dropped by some monsters or smashing pots and barrels. Like other healing items, elfin elixirs will not carry over between stages and should be used as needed.
