Fisticup can be collected from [[Stornway (region)|Western Stornway]], the [[Iluugazar Plains]], and the [[Wyrmsmaw]], has a 10% chance of being found in [[List_of_treasure_map_treasure_chest_ranks_in_Dragon_Quest_IX#Rank_2/H|Rank 2 (H) and 3]] (G) blue treasure chests, or can be dropped by [[Mushroom mage]]s and [[Morphean mushroom]]s.
