==Characteristics==
A suit of armour forged from a bright red metal with gold accents. It has a blue gemstone on the front of the breastplate and the pauldrons have designs on the shape of flames on them. It is a high-level piece of armour with high defence that offers protection against ice breath and spells. Due to its heavy weight, its usage is restricted to physically powerful characters and vocations. The art from the Official Guide Book of ''Dragon Quest VI'' features Terry wearing a set of gauntlets and greaves with the flame armour.
*In ''Dragon Quest VII Reimagined'', the armour now protects the wearer against fire-elemental attacks instead.
