[[Erik]] masters the skill for 13 points in his ''Knives'' skill tree. The skill is only available in Act 2 (after rescuing [[Mia]]) in Act 3 (after talking to the elder of the [[watchers]]). It costs 4 {{MP}} to use and restores at least 20 {{HP}} regardless of the damage inflicted on a foe.

In the 3DS and 2D versions of XI, [[Golden Boy]] is shown using a set of [[eagle dagger|eagle daggers]] instead of boomerangs. There, he is able to use the skill "HP Hoover".
